Looking for a way to link to a specific part of a youtube video? Just add the following string to the end of the youtube url:
#t=MmSs where M=minutes, S = seconds.

For example, the following link takes you straight to 5:18 in that video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zawRpMV4EeA#t=5m18s
